Hi everyone,

This is a memory lane of BPGHS GIRL GUIDES.

I'm sure that everyone would have wonderful memories with 4 years of Guiding. Thus this blog will become a journal which marks traces of our history, our meetings, our joy and tears and our wonderful memories! Here's a chance to post entries and your feelings regarding Guiding on this blog. Wrtie your feelings and reviews and post pictures for all you want!


This blog is made available to public for the convenience of everyone. So be reminded not to post private stuffs like emails, handphone numbers etc on this blog. Please exercise responsibility when writing.

I've created a photo album on photobucket, so everytime you want to upload an image, please upload them onto photobucket first before posting them on blogger, but it is set private. This is to prevent non-guides from downloading our photos. So you need a password to log in. Passwords and instructions found in the 1st post(which is saved as draft).

Upcoming G7 sessions & CCA roadshow

Here are the dates and details for upcoming G7 sessions (for sec2s and 3s only)

Details for each session
Fall-in time and venue: 7.45am, outside haven.
Attire: PT kit + bring water bottle
Remarks:
EAT BREAKFAST BEFORE COMING!!
Most probably end at 4-5pm++.

Photography Badge

Hi Guides,

Please complete the following assignments for your photography badge.

1. Know the functions of the different parts of the camera. ie, lens, shutter and stops.

2. Explain briefly what causes the production of a negative and a positive (print).

3. Ten photographs taken during the previous 9 months. (Already done during guides ^_^ )

4. Describe the conditions in which the photographs in clause 3 were taken; how the negatives were developed and the prints made; what materials were used.

Print out and submit it during the next guides meeting (24/9)
